As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back on some of the projects from this year. From restoring historic community spaces to expanding critical aviation infrastructure, each project highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality, industry-specific solutions through design/build construction.
Expanding Aviation Capabilities at Akron-Canton Airport
One of our largest undertakings this year was our partnership with Castle Aviation, wrapping up a new 80,000-square-foot hangar and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility at the Akron-Canton Airport. This project is an example of how design/build construction can meet the specialized needs of the aviation industry, which includes balancing technical precision with long-term operational efficiency. Working alongside Butler Manufacturing®, we were proud to deliver a structure that combines durability, efficiency, and flexibility for years to come.
The hangar and FBO expand Castle Aviation’s footprint while supporting regional economic growth.
Restoring a Downtown, Community Treasure: The Lyric Theater
2025 also brought the grand reopening of the Lyric Theater in downtown Wooster, a project that blended preservation and modernization. The theater had sat vacant for decades, but our team worked to honor the theater’s history while updating the space with modern amenities and design/build efficiencies. Today, the Lyric Theater once again welcomes our community for movies, live performances, and local events, serving as a reminder of the importance of construction projects that enrich the social and cultural fabric of our towns.
New Jobs Generated through Facility Expansion
Jarrett Companies broke ground on its expansion early this spring. They are expanding operations with a new 402,500-square-foot logistics and warehousing facility in the Wooster Innovation Park. Through this development, Jarrett will create approximately 30 new jobs and generate an estimated $200,000 in annual tax revenue over the next decade!
What’s Ahead?
