Apple Creek Bank’s new Downtown Wooster Branch and Expanded Loan Operations Center Expected to Open in 2027

Follow the project from the August 2026 groundbreaking through construction and completion.

Apple Creek Bank Ground Breaking

Apple Creek Bank has served individuals and businesses throughout the region for more than 120 years. The bank is continuing that commitment with a new Downtown Wooster Branch and expanded Loan Operations Center.

The facility will bring Apple Creek Bank’s downtown branch services and loan operations together under one roof. The centralized space is designed to improve the experience of its employees and customers while supporting the bank’s continued service to the community.

Freeman Building Systems is proud to partner with Apple Creek Bank and K4 Architecture + Design to bring this investment in downtown Wooster to life.

Traditional Commercial Construction in Downtown Wooster

K4 Architecture + Design developed the architectural vision for the new facility. Freeman Building Systems will coordinate the construction decisions and details required to create a space that supports Apple Creek Bank’s operations, employees, and customers.

While Freeman is widely recognized for its experience with Butler Manufacturing steel building systems, the company’s commercial construction capabilities extend across a full range of building types and construction methods. This project will incorporate traditional construction methods selected around the architectural vision, operational requirements, and downtown setting.
