A successful project moves through the design-buil A successful project moves through the design-build process with clarity, coordination, and efficiency.

Over the past five years, Justin has played a key role in managing the details that keep projects on track, from procurement and scheduling to maintaining alignment with project budgets. His work helps ensure that each phase moves forward with the client’s needs in mind, while also equipping the team with what it needs to execute effectively.

We’re proud to recognize this milestone and grateful for the consistency Justin brings to every project.

Congratulations on five years, Justin.
At some point in every career, you realize that ex At some point in every career, you realize that experience alone is not enough. The way you think, evaluate risk, and make decisions is often shaped by the people who came before you.

For many leaders, those influences are not formal. They are individuals who bring clarity to complexity, challenge assumptions, and offer perspective at the moments it matters most.

That influence often shows up in small but meaningful ways. A mentor who simplifies what once felt complex. A business leader who listens first and offers guidance only when needed. A partner who helps you understand a system or process over time. Or a piece of advice that reframes a problem and leads to a better outcome.

In this video, Dan Freeman, Founder and CEO, reflects on several of the mentors who shaped his approach to construction, leadership, and decision-making. Their impact can still be seen today in how challenges are approached and how projects are led.

Project delivery extends beyond structure. It incl Project delivery extends beyond structure. It includes how a space supports the people who use it every day.

As teams grow, the spaces they rely on can become less effective. What once worked begins to feel constrained, and shared environments no longer support how work happens day to day.

Santmyer Phase 2 focused on refining 4,100 square feet of existing office space to better support that growth. The emphasis was on shared environments, including a dedicated conference room and an expanded breakroom, designed to improve both collaboration and overall experience.

Finishes, technology, and layout decisions were made with a clear understanding of how the space would be used over time, while also allowing flexibility for future needs. The updated areas were carefully aligned with the look and feel established in Phase 1, creating a cohesive design across the project.

Supportive spaces like these play a direct role in the employee experience, creating opportunities for teams to step away, connect, and reset throughout the day.
