Over the past five years, Justin has played a key role in managing the details that keep projects on track, from procurement and scheduling to maintaining alignment with project budgets. His work helps ensure that each phase moves forward with the client’s needs in mind, while also equipping the team with what it needs to execute effectively. As teams grow, the spaces they rely on can become less effective. What once worked begins to feel constrained, and shared environments no longer support how work happens day to day. Santmyer Phase 2 focused on refining 4,100 square feet of existing office space to better support that growth. The emphasis was on shared environments, including a dedicated conference room and an expanded breakroom, designed to improve both collaboration and overall experience. Finishes, technology, and layout decisions were made with a clear understanding of how the space would be used over time, while also allowing flexibility for future needs. The updated areas were carefully aligned with the look and feel established in Phase 1, creating a cohesive design across the project.
