@applecreekbank has served this region for more th @applecreekbank has served this region for more than 120 years. Freeman Building Systems is proud to partner with the bank’s leadership team as it makes another important investment in downtown Wooster.

Construction is now underway on Apple Creek Bank’s new Downtown Wooster Branch and expanded Loan Operations Center. The facility will bring its branch services and loan operations together under one roof, creating a space designed to better support its employees and customers.

K4 Architecture + Design developed the architectural vision for the facility, and Freeman will manage the construction process using traditional construction methods selected around the project’s operations and downtown setting.

We appreciate the trust Apple Creek Bank has placed in our team and the opportunity to help create a facility that will serve the bank and the community well into the future.

The facility is expected to open in 2027.

Most people never see the equipment behind a build Most people never see the equipment behind a building’s fire sprinkler system.

At the @arrowinternationalinc Warehouse project, the large red unit is the fire pump, which helps provide the water flow and pressure the sprinkler system needs. The red cabinet starts and monitors the pump, while the vertical risers and valve assemblies carry water into different sections of the system.

Each piece has a specific job, from controlling the flow of water to allowing sections of the system to be monitored, tested, or isolated.
It is one of the less visible parts of the warehouse, but it plays an important role in protecting the people, inventory, and equipment throughout the building.

One of the things clients hear early in the proces One of the things clients hear early in the process is that we want to give them a roof that doesn’t leak.

Roof performance impacts everything beneath it - operations, inventory, equipment, maintenance costs, employee experience, and ongoing building performance.

That’s one of the reasons Freeman Building Systems works with @butlermfg roof systems like the MR-24® system. With more than 50 years of proven weathertight performance and over 3 billion square feet installed worldwide, the MR-24® system was engineered to address common failure points found in traditional metal roofing.
